spring


last week was my (much needed) spring break. a perfect time for movies, cooking, and sewing... you know, all the good stuff.

super delicious soup made by a happy accident.
the ingredient list (i believe) was something along the lines of acorn squash, carrots, veggie broth, milk, potato, and curry paste.


first of the two batches of lemon bars made with the lemons from our tree.
boy do those babies vanish fast.


what could be better than eggplant, zucchini, asparagus, onions, mushrooms, and bell pepper baked in balsamic-y-goodness?


greek salad; yum.
